The citywide installations for Noor Riyadh’s first edition were curated by Dr. Eiman Elgibreen, curator of the Saudi National Pavilion at the 58th Venice Biennale, Pam Toonen, curator at Light Art Collection, and with Vincenzo de Bellis as an international artist curatorial consultant
Noor Riyadh 2021’s 'Light Upon Light: Light Art since the 1960s' exhibition was curated by Susan Davidson, former curator of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York and Raneem Zaki Farsi, expert in the Saudi Arabian contemporary art scene
